Well its been a crazy week this week, tons of work at school on top of being sick but I managed to pull it all together last night and performed and hosted the showcase at Caffe Crema last night in Calgary, and it was so much fun! There was a great crowd and some really amazing talents on stage! Thank you to everyone who came, and I hope you enjoyed the show as much as I did! Caffe Crema is such a great venue, and for those performers like me that are too young to perform in the bars. There's such a captive audience and the environment is awesome! not to mention the coffee there is increadable. There is a showcase there every third friday of the month and an open mic on the first friday of every month, I definatly recomend going to check the place out. I hope to go back soon myself!

So thats whats going on in my life! Just starting to book some gigs for the summer now, gonna be a busy year!!

Well this week has been very exciting, on wednesday my daddy went and picked up my new albums! I'm so excited about how they look and sound! I couldnt be happier, its so cool to show them to my friends and family.  The album is called 'Your Not Alone' and we shot the photoshoot for it in a 50's diner! very edgy and fun! so its all designed, packaged and ready to sell! Unfortunatly i had to go back to school on Thursday so that put a damper on things, lol but all in all i'm still very happy about the new album! Now to settle into the books for exams this month! gonna be crazy. Also ran into a cool quote recently, something along the lines of 'Everything in my life that was ultimately worth while, initially scared me to death'     totally living by that now! Im also looking forward to meeting all the increadably talented artists that will be at the acma awards!

xoxo

Well, I'm busy getting ready for another trip to Nashville next week!

Staying with Lisa Brokop and Paul Jefferson, and recording one more song that will be included in the new album -- one that Lisa and I cowrote!  It's a great song, can't wait to share it with everybody!

Lisa Brokop and Paul Jefferson have invited me to join them onstage at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville while I'm down there . . . . . . Very Exciting!  So November 22nd at 9:00 pm I will be singing there!

I can't believe how fast this summer has gone by, school is back and things are busier than ever!! During the last week of my summer holiday we went down to Nashville to record an album produced by The Jeffersons (Lisa Brokop and Paul Jefferson). There will soon be a remix of "Twisted" out, with a more poppy sound to it, and another 9 new songs, all written by Dani-Lynn.

The album should be ready for release by late fall of this year!

House Concerts

I've enjoyed doing a few house concerts this summer! It's a great way to get to know your fans, and to gain some new ones!

The guests get to attend a concert without having to find parking downtown and sit in a large crowd. It’s a really neat opportunity for your guests to enjoy some tunes in a more relaxed atmosphere.
